Whether supporting buyers and sellers through important decisions or helping agents strengthen their businesses, she leads with an emphasis on clarity, communication, professionalism and people-first service.

As a broker, Nicole's role extends beyond transactions. She is passionate about helping real estate professionals develop their skills, build recognizable personal brands and create businesses that reflect who they are. Her professional work includes real estate, marketing, mentoring and career-development support.

Together with her husband and business partner, Dwayne, Nicole continues to build My Real Estate Store as a brokerage where clients receive knowledgeable guidance and agents have room to grow—while keeping relationships at the center of the business.

Supporting clients, day-to-day office operations, and the overall brokerage experience, Dwayne Geames brings a unique financial and real estate perspective to his role as Realtor and Office Manager with My Real Estate Store.

Before expanding his career into real estate sales, Dwayne spent more than 14 years managing residential mortgage portfolios. That experience gave him an understanding of the financial side of homeownership and the many moving parts that can influence a real estate transaction. Today, he brings that perspective to his work with buyers, sellers and the agents he supports within the brokerage.

Known for his practical approach, strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset, Dwayne enjoys helping clients understand their options and move through the process with greater confidence. His experience includes residential purchases and sales as well as commercial and rental real estate.

As Office Manager, Dwayne also works behind the scenes to help keep My Real Estate Store organized and moving forward. Together with Nicole, he brings an operational perspective to the brokerage that reflects the philosophy behind their brand: We Make Real Estate Clear.
